Junior level
• Between 1 and 3 years experience (backend/frontend/full stack).
• Basic knowledge of the development process, including compilation, building, coding standards, source control, and unit testing.
• Mid domain in at least one development language and basic knowledge in at least one Data Base Management System.
• Basic knowledge in OOP, ALM, and scrum methodology.
• Understand the development lifecycle for web or mobile applications.
• Mid technical communications skills.
Mid level
• Between 4 and 6 years experience (backend/frontend/full stack).
• Mid knowledge of the development process, including compilation, building, coding standards, source control, and unit testing.
• High domain in at least one development language and one DBMS.
• Mid knowledge in OOP and ALM, high knowledge in scrum methodology, and basic knowledge in UML.
• Understand the development lifecycle for web and mobile applications.
• Mid communications skills for both technical and personal.
• Ability to work and recommend technical direction in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending policies and procedures updates.
• Contribute to the concept, brainstorming, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.
Senior level
• More than 6 years experience (backend/frontend/full stack/languages).
• Advanced knowledge of the development process, including compilation, building, coding standards, source control, and unit testing.
• High domain in at least two development languages and two DBMS.
• High knowledge in OOP, UML, ALM, and scrum methodology.
• Understand the development lifecycle for web and mobile applications and the latest trends in software architecture and development tools.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and personal.
• Ability to work and recommend technical direction in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Improve operations by conducting system analysis, recommending policies and procedures updates.
• Contribute to the concept, brainstorming, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.
• High management skills like the ability to manage team works and advise to software engineers.
• Self-administration.
